Information Learn everything about me

Léon Sar is a French painter who lives in Paris.

With a very personal style, he paints in different techniques (oil, acrylic, graff, gouache, poaching, colored pencil and others...).

In recent years, he has specialized in printing large digital formats on traditional canvas or steel supports, which he then embellished with a brush.

Passionate for a long time by science fiction, especially by the work of authors like Jules Verne, Pierre Boule, Howard Phillips Lovecraft, Arthur C. Clarke, George Orwell, H. G. Wells, Aldous Huxley etc., he imagines and composes original works imitating the same theme with the vision of a child as NOUN, Elephant Gan, Fiat lux, and even SF mandalas of very large sizes like TOF, the Tree Of Faith and many other compositions.

Recently, he started writing science fiction novels. Currently, he writes a fantastic story in 3 volumes that takes place in the jura in France, on the people of the insects who are struggling to reformat the climate of the earth. His title "Gamme Boy et le livre céleste" or "Gamme Boy and the heavenly book". The first volume will be available in 2019 on the web.

  • Gamme Boy & le livre céleste

    This book is a fantastic story in 3 volumes that takes place in the summer of 2015 in a camping located in a small town in the department of Ain, in Nantua, bordered by the Jura massif. An unexpected encounter with insects, orchestrated by an ant baby "Fourmiss" with prodigious powers and addicted to ranges.

  • “EHPADIUM”

    In 2030, in a world plagued by pandemics, racial wars, and led by elites increasingly distant from their peoples, a cenacle of idealistic scientists, a revolutionary study called RESOBOME began. Funded by the EU, it is the result of extensive research in regenerative medicine, including messenger RNA technology, combined with a synthetic process inspired by the superpowers of hairless mole rats, tardigrades and reptiles. It is aimed at a hand-picked population of seniors, and takes place in a distant archipelago: "Magonia", transformed into a giant green EHPAD, which researchers call EHPADIUM.

  • “Le roi Covid”

    In November 2020, while France becomes entangled in a second confinement, Olivier, a caregiver exhausted by the health crisis, will live an absurd story. He is caring for a man in his 70s who is in solitary confinement, but who is in fact asymptomatic. The old man is convinced that the Covid is the reincarnation of the wrong side of Goliath, the Philistine giant. He nicknames this virus "King Covid". He reveals to Olivier a panoply of magic formulas which, he says, constitute the secret which is hidden in the book of psalms of King David. These formulas are made up of small contractions of two words that are recited in the form of incantations. Olivier, not wanting to hear anything from this old fool, will very quickly become disillusioned. The contractions produce unexpected effects on the sick who recover in no time all over the planet. Doctors and politicians are totally baffled.

  • “Games of strike”

    One morning when he wakes up, Doc, a video game fan, quickly realizes that the characters on his interface are on strike and have stormed the various sets, preventing him from accessing them. The more he realizes the extent of the damage to the computer, the more he realizes that this process is active on a global scale. Indeed, the heroes of all types of video games have come together and united to implement the end of digital technology on Earth, including basic and office computing, in order to preserve the few remaining natural resources on earth. A pitiless war then bursts between humans and their creations.

  • “Skipper the dolphin”

    Off the Libyan border, at the entrance of Italy's territorial waters, two Ethiopian children hidden in a cargo hold of a migrant boat, Liya and Ephrem, hug themselves crying for fear of living their last moments on earth. On the boat reigns terror. Smugglers threaten to throw some migrants into the sea who are beginning to complain about the treatment they are being subjected to. The cries of Liya and Ephrem are so powerful that they pierce the sky. It was then that two young dolphins swimming in the area, Negasi and Kamali, seize the frequency of these cries and decide to drive away from the coastguards and geo-satellite monitoring systems the boat to an unknown destination, without the smugglers perform the maneuver. The place will become Migraland ...
